Vincent De Paul Gilligan Jr., 51, of New York City passed away on Nov. 30, 2010. Funeral services were held privately. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Arrangements have been completed by the Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield, N.J. Mr. Gilligan was born in Elizabeth, N.J. He was a tanker broker for Poten and Partners in New York City. Mr. Gilligan is survived by his parents, Madeline and Vincent Gilligan; his sister, Elizabeth Norton and her husband, Nicholas, of Medfield, Mass., and his brother, Greg Gilligan of Beijing, China. He was deeply loved by his two nieces, Julia and Emma, and his nephew, Vincent.
